As well as our extensive work with the NHS, Winona has also developed a range of services especially suited for clients in the health and wellbeing sector after working with clients at the forefront of yoga and Pilates. We collaborated with the Edinburgh Iyengar Yoga Centre on an online platform to manage their busy yoga studio. We have also worked with APPI on an ambitious multi-channel site to support their Pilates business.
These online platforms include interactive calendars, booking engines (with online payment), integrated shops, e-marketing and CRM functions. Some of the core functionality developed for these enterprise level systems is now available ‘in the cloud’ via our new tech start up, Studio Reception, which provides a cost effective solution for online bookings and studio scheduling.
Winona developed a new online platform for the centre in 2012. This is an enterprise level system that allows uploading of interactive calendars of classes and workshops (with teacher profiles), online booking and payments, e-marketing and CRM functions for managing data on classes and customers.
Our role was to enable them to get the benefit of a good digital agency alongside them while maintaining that sense of ownership. There needs to be a lot of trust on both sides but it works really well and the community loves their site. The Florid site deals with some very serious issues but has a fun, friendly and accessible feel to it.
