We have been the trusted digital partner of the East London NHS Foundation Trust for a number of years and have worked on the Trust’s own website, their microsites platform and the Florid community site for Mental Health Service users. Our work covers a wide variety of different audiences and the design, user experience and technical systems all need to accommodate the needs of those various users. We understand the healthcare sector very well and can easily work within NHS structures, procedures and budgets to provide the design and user experience required from their online platforms.
We built a membership site for NHS Elect for senior professionals within the NHS. We also built the East London NHS Foundation Trust’s central microsite hub which hosts subsidiary sites for health related departments and services that need their own individual web presence. This microsite platform enables a single hosting contract and one CMS to manage the individual sites but also provides sufficient flexibility in design to allow the personality of each entity to shine through. We’ve also created ten of the individual sites, including the Mother and Baby Unit and CAMHS, both providing community services in mental health.
NHS Elect is a professional members club for senior managers in the NHS, providing services and support by sharing best practice. Last year Winona did a major update to the NHS Elect site. The website needed to be able to accommodate member services, private areas, online resources and reports to help users with their work.
CAMHS is one of many health-related services using the microsites platform created for the Trust by Winona. CAMHS has its own URL, visual identity and narrative style but shares the same hosting as the other microsites and is managed day to day by the Trust Communications team using the same easy to use CMS.
