NHS Elect is a national members’ network organisation providing support and training for community and mental health trusts, as well as Clinical Commission Groups (CCGs) and Integrated Care Systems (ICSs). They needed a new website and corresponding members’ platform to host online events, training courses and member resources.
Their preference was an end-to-end solution for all the key member features without relying on the integration of multiple third-party plug-ins.
Winona developed a new website and membership platform on the latest Microsoft .Net platform. The system mixes a user friendly CMS that links seamlessly with an integrated CRM for managing NHS Elect members.
The platform allows NHS Elect to run their members’ events and training courses (online and offline) while also sharing premium member resources and managing subscriptions for E-marketing.

The NHS Elect site uses an integrated CRM module for managing details of NHS Elect member organisations, contacts and subscriptions. The CRM module also includes personal content features for members, allowing them to log all of their participation at events and courses and bookmark their favourite content.
Note: the CMS platform can also link well with third party CRMs like MS Dynamics (see UKCISA) and Salesforce (see ParentKind).
