SEO consultancy is included with all site builds as standard. We use CMS tools to implement content and IA strategies that deliver strong ‘organic’ search rankings through basic content housekeeping. Dedicated SEO and SEM services are available after launch for digital marketing campaigns, including support with Google Analytics and AdWords.
AFTERCARE
Ongoing maintenance and support is provided for all projects with an online ticketing system plus phone and email support during office hours (and out of hours support when needed). Critical issues affecting site availability are addressed straight away. Less urgent issues and updates are managed promptly within the terms our Service Level Agreement.
SECURE HOSTING
We provide high specification secure hosting solutions on the Azure platform. Microsoft & Linux servers are available with firewalls, daily backups and managed system updates and patches with 100% uptime. Our platform has ISO 270001 and Cyber Essentials Plus certification.
