For organisations running multiple programmes of events throughout the year, with multiple partners and venues. For example - local councils providing holiday activities for children in their area.
The platform has additional safeguarding variables for child accounts (managed by parents). It also has a channel for partner providers to apply to run activities (and uploading credentials as needed). Successful providers have accounts for managing their guest lists and registers.
The Child and Family Early Help Service at Barnet Council (London's second largest borough) use the platform during school holidays and term times, providing help and support to families in the area. The service ran 500+ events on the platform last year taking more than 50,000 bookings.
